The need, should be inserted by coordination of both hands. While conducting the insertion, the thumb and the index finger of the right hand hold the body of the needle, the tip of the needle is punctured rapidly into the point with a certain finger force, then the needle is rotated to a deep layer. The right hand is called "the puncturing hand". |

左手按壓在穴位局部,固定穴位的皮膚,使針能準(zhǔn)確地刺中腧穴,并使長針針身有所依靠,不搖晃彎曲,壓手運(yùn)用得當(dāng),可減輕針刺的疼痛,調(diào)整和加強(qiáng)針刺的感應(yīng),以提高療效。故將左手稱為"壓手"。

In the process, the left hand presses around the point to be punctured to fix the skin so that the needle can be punctured at the right spot. In case of inserting with a long needle, with the help of the left hand, the body of the needle will be kept unswayed. The proper manipulation of the left hand can minimize the pain during the insertion. As a result, it can enhance the therapeutic affects. The left hand therefore is known as "the pressing hand".

②夾持進(jìn)針法:左手拇、食兩指夾捏棉球,裹住針身,露出針尖,直對腧穴,下按,右手捻動針柄,將針刺入。此法多適用于長針的進(jìn)針。

③舒張進(jìn)針法:左手拇、食二指將腧穴的皮膚向兩側(cè)撐開,使皮膚繃緊,易于進(jìn)針。此法多適用于皮膚松弛的部位,如腹部的進(jìn)針。

④提捏進(jìn)針法:以左手拇、食二指將針刺部位的皮膚捏起,右手持針從捏起的上端刺入腧穴,此法多適用于皮肉淺薄的部位,如面部腧穴的進(jìn)針。
