The tips of the needles should be sharp, smooth and free from any hooks. On tapping, the tips of the needles should strike the skin at a right angle to the surface to reduce pain.
針具及叩刺部位皮膚必須消毒，以防感染。
Sterilize the needles, and the location of treatment should be disinfected. After heavy tapping, the local skin surface should be cleaned and disinfected to prevent infection.
局部皮膚有外傷及潰瘍者，不宜使用。
Tapping is not allowed to apply to the location of trauma and ulcers.
針尖必須平齊無(wú)鉤，叩刺時(shí)針尖須垂直而下，以減少疼痛。
