臨床用藥論文中西藥縮短藥物流產(chǎn)后陰道流血時間的療效觀察
【摘要】 目的 評價中西藥對縮短藥物流產(chǎn)后陰道流血時間的臨床療效。方法 將來我院要求藥物流產(chǎn)終止妊娠的健康婦女200例，隨機分為治療組和對照組各100例。治療組在孕囊排出后服中藥新生化顆粒、維生素E及維生素C，共3天；對照組不作其他處理。結(jié)果 治療組7天內(nèi)陰道流血停止82例，占82%，14天內(nèi)流血停止18例，占18%，總有效率為100%，與對照組的62%比較，有顯著的統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異（P＜0.05)。結(jié)論 中西藥縮短藥物流產(chǎn)后陰道出血，療效顯著，無不良反應(yīng)。

Abstract Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of using Chinese and western medicines to shorten the vaginal bleeding time after the drug abortion. Methods To divide the healthy women 200 cases who had the requirement to terminate pregnancy by drug abortion into therapy group of 100 cases and control group of 100 cases randomly. After discharging the pregnancy sac the therapy group took Chinese medicines new biochemical particles, vitamin E and vitamin C, a total of three days; but the control group were not provided with other treatment. Results 82 cases in the therapy group were found that vaginal bleeding stopped within 7days, accounting for 82 percent, and the other 18 cases were found vaginal bleeding stopping within 14 days, accounting for 18 percent. So the cure rate was 100 percent. Comparing with the 62 percent cure rate of the control group, there were significant statistical difference (P <0.05) between them. Conclusion the effect of using Chinese and western medicines to shorten the vaginal bleeding time after the drug abortion is significantly, no adverse reactions.

藥物流產(chǎn)對避孕失敗致早孕的婦女是一種補救措施，其效果已被肯定，完全流產(chǎn)率達(dá)95%～98%［1］。但越來越多的臨床研究［2］ 發(fā)現(xiàn)米非司酮藥物流產(chǎn)后陰道出血時間延長，且有潛在性大出血的危險。其主要原因是孕囊排出后蛻膜剝落不全，子宮內(nèi)膜修復(fù)障礙，子宮腔積存凝血塊等。為了減少并發(fā)癥，我們對藥物流產(chǎn)后的孕婦采用新生化顆粒、維生素E、維生素C治療，以促進(jìn)子宮蛻膜剝脫排出及子宮內(nèi)膜修復(fù)、縮短陰道出血時間，取得顯著療效，現(xiàn)分析報道如下醫(yī)學(xué)全.在線52667788.cn。
