醫(yī)學論文范文:飲食方式調查表的編制及其信度與效度研究
【摘要】 目的 編制飲食方式調查表,并對該表進行信度和效度檢驗。方法 采用現(xiàn)場調查的方法在北京地區(qū)選取943份樣本,3個月后隨機抽取32人對飲食方式調查表重測。結果 探索性因素分析和專家經驗支持飲食方式調查表包含“膳食平衡”和“飲食有節(jié)”兩個維度,Cronbach’s α系數(shù)分別為0.82和0.67,3個月重測信度分別為0.73和0.55。亞健康組較多地采用不良的飲食方式。結論 飲食方式調查表有較好的信度和效度指標,可用于成人飲食方式的評估。

Development of Eating Habits Inventory and Study on Its Reliability and Validity XU Rui, PENG Jin, WU Xia-qiu, et al (Institute of Basic Research in Clinical Medicine, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Beijing 100700, China)
Abstract:Objective To develop Eating Habits Inventory (EHI) and study its reliability and validity. Methods A sample containing 943 people was investigated by sampling investigation method, and 32 of them were selected randomly and recompleted the inventory after 3 months. Results There are two dimensions in EHI, that are “Balanced Diet” and “Regularly and Moderately Eating”. The theory structure was confirmed by Exploratory Factor Analysis and the experts on this area. The Cronbach’s α coefficients were 0.82 and 0.67, the test-retest reliability were 0.73 and 0.55 (P<0.001), 3-month’s test-retest showed no significant difference (P>0.05). These data was analyzed by Stepwise Regression Analysis. Subjects from subhealth group had unhealthiest eating habits. Conclusion Eating Habits Inventory has a good reliability and validity, and is suitable for eating habits self-assessment for adult.

無論實踐經驗還是實證研究均表明飲食習慣與發(fā)育和健康關系密切[1-2]。全面、有效的飲食行為方式評估工具可用于危險因素的篩查、體質調養(yǎng)、疾病預防和干預等方面。中醫(yī)理論中有諸多關于飲食養(yǎng)生的論述,現(xiàn)代也有許多關于飲食保健的研究。本研究根據(jù)中醫(yī)飲食養(yǎng)生理論和現(xiàn)代研究結果,提煉可操作的行為指標,編制標準化的飲食方式調查表,用于成人飲食養(yǎng)生方式的評估醫(yī).學全.在.線網(wǎng)站52667788.cn。
1 資料與方法
1.1 研究對象
采用現(xiàn)場調查的方法在北京地區(qū)取樣,共回收有效問卷943份,回收率為94.6%,獲知情同意。其中男性325人(34.4%),女性618人(65.5%);已婚726人,未婚184人,離異25人,喪偶5人,缺失3人;漢族884人,少數(shù)民族57人,缺失2人;平均年齡(40.65±9.96)歲。3個月后隨機抽取32人重測,初次于2008年10月實施。
